We have a few different pricing tables depending on your need.  Keep in mind pricing may vary depending on the project, project size, substrate, labour force, etc.  This table is a quick guide for estimation purposes.

Assessments will need to take place to determine the actuals. (The first assessment is free!)

  • 1 Primer coat 
  • Waterproofing with non-woven geo textile (if needed)
  • 2 layers of Solar Heat Reflective topcoats
  • Products and labour included
  • 5 Year Limited Warranty
